DP's Lee announces animal welfare policy, pledges to implement standardized veterinary costs

Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the liberal Democratic Party, said animals were a "part of nature that lives with us" as he announced on Wednesday a comprehensive animal welfare policy.
